I am really not liking running at the gym. It was 5° F today. Not the kind of weather to take the Little Bun along in the jogging stroller. Once more to the gym I suppose.
Today's episode is an experiment in interactivity. Amazing how this internet thing can do that interactive thing. I asked a friend, "What's the secret word?" Then I incorporated it into today's show.

I'm not sure what the secret word is, but I'd guess prison, because that's what the gym track reminds me of.
No wonder you don't like going to the gym.
Thank you for that Kevin. It was a subconcious thing for me until you named it in your comment. It is like a prison. It's got all the utility and charm of a pair of jumper cables.
