Friday, 23 Feb 2007 I was on a Ze Frank Fast. I had lots of stuff to get to and I knew if I spent time watching the show or visiting the ORG, I would get none of it done.
PK and I had a date night for an early celebration of my Birthday. One thing we did together was head to the gym to work out.Â
I thought I was suffering from asthma when in fact it was the begining of a really nasty cold. Just listen to me wheeze as I round the turns at the track.Â

Well, I am sure a belated birthday wish is in order by now! Happy Birthday!
You are right, there were fasts before the host would be taken. But that was before my time in our church. I went to a St. Mary's grade school and I suppose they were progressive for the the time. My father would tell us stories of the fasts beginning on Saturday night and ending after mass on Sunday. The fasts were longer during Lent and he spoke of even more limitations than meat on Friday during that time. There was no meat on Friday throughout the year for them.
Now, I worry about your asthma! The ex had is severely. Glad you are running indoors, the cold doesn't help that sometimes. I am geeking out and hoping you have a nebulizer/mister at home and Advair and abuterol too.
Keep up the excellent work man. This training will pay off come marathon time!
